摘要
引证了对心曲柄滑块机构的位移曲线是条近似椭圆曲线。分析了以曲柄滑块机构和凸轮机构为主动的二自由度机构成型活塞中凸变椭圆的工作原理。推导了滑块冲程和凸轮升程的计算公式。
The displacement curve of the crank sliding-block mechanism was deduced to be an approximate ellipse.The working principle was analyzed for the middle-bulged varying ellipse shape of the two-freedom mechanism with the crank sliding-block mechanism and the cam mechanism.The equation for calculating the sliding-block stroke and the cam route was given out.The shaping error of the mechanism was analyzed.
