摘要
目的 :研究香砂平胃散 (XSPWS)及其组成药物对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响。方法 :小鼠随机分为对照组、西沙必利组和SXPWS组 ,以葡聚糖蓝 (BD) 2 0 0 0为标记物 ,观察小鼠的小肠推进比 ,并以同样方法进行正交试验。结果 :XSPWS组及西沙必利组的小肠推进比与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。苍术、陈皮、木香、砂仁有促进小肠推进功能的作用 ,木香的促小肠推进作用与全方剂具有可比性 ,各味药物之间存在广泛的协同作用。结论 :XSPWS及其部分组成药物有促小肠推进功能 ,其中木香起主要作用 ,各组成药物之间存在着广泛的一级交互作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Xian gs ha Pingwei powder(XPP)and its component herbs on small intestinal propulsion m otility in healthy mice.Methods: Mice were random ly divided into control group, cisapride group and XPP group. The effect of XPP on small intestinal propulsion motility was investigated in vivo by measuring sm all intestinal propulsion rate of Blue Dextron (BD ) 2000. Additionally, the eff ect of each component herb in XPP recipe was evaluated in the same way according to orthogonal design.Results: Compared with cont rol group, the rate of small intestinal propulsion in XPP group and cisapride gr oup significantly increased (P<0 .05). There was no significant difference b etween XPP group and cisapride group (P>0.05). Except radix glycyrrhizae pre parta group, the small intestinal propulsion rate in other component herb groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Based on the analysis of orthogonal design, there were wide mutual effects within the six co mponent herbs. Conclusion: XPP and some of its c omponent herbs could accelerate the small intestinal propulsion rate in mice in vita significantly. Radix aucklandiae was the main component herb in promoting the intestinal propulsion activity. There were first-degree mutual effects with in the six component herbs.
