摘要
目的 探讨近视眼的屈光、角膜中央厚度与眼压三者间的相关关系。方法 对年龄在 18~ 5 0岁的 2 0 3例 390眼 ,将等效球镜屈光为 - 0 .75 0~ - 14 .375D患者分为低度、中度、高度 3组 ,对其屈光、角膜中央厚度与眼压关系进行统计学处理。结果 近视眼的屈光度不同其角膜厚度与眼压均不同或不全相同。 3组的角膜厚度与眼压的等级相关系数均较大。中度组的屈光与角膜厚度的相关性均较大 ,其他 2组的相关性较小。中、高度组屈光与眼压保持了较大的相关性 ,低度组相关性较小。结论 低度近视的角膜厚度最厚而高度近视的眼压最高。近视眼眼压值随角膜中央厚度增厚而增高 ,其角膜厚度随屈光度的减低而增厚。
Objective To discuss the correlation among dioptre value,central corneal thickness(CCT)and intraocular pressure(IOP)of myopia.Methods We divided 230 cases(390 eyes) patients whose ages were from 18 to 50 years old into three groups.Spherical equivalent refraction were between-0.750~-14.375 dioptre(D)including high,medium and low,and then statistically analyze the relationship among the dioptre value,CCT and IOP.Results The myopic dioptre value differed in one or both element between corneal thickness and intraocular pressure of myopia differed. The rank correlation was significant between CCT and IOP of myopia in three groups.The relativity between dioptre value and CCT was remarkable in the medium group,and the relativity in the other groups was insignificant.The relativity between dioptre value and IOP were fairly considerable in the high and medium groups,but insignificant in the low group.Conclusion The CCT is the thickest in the low dioptre myopia,and the IOP is the highest in the high dioptre myopia.IOP of myopia increases with thickening of CCT,and CCT thickens as dioptre value decreases.
