摘要
目的 :探讨小儿静脉穿刺失败的原因与护理对策。方法 :采用随机抽样的方法对 2 0 0 2年 1月～2 0 0 3年 3月 1 35 0人次小儿静脉穿刺情况进行统计。有 390例第 1次穿刺未成功 ,其中心理因素所致 1 5 8例 ,占4 0 5 %。业务技术因素所致 1 2 3例 ,占 31 5 %。患儿及家属因素所致 6 6例 ,占 1 6 9%。环境因素所致 31例 ,占8% ,输液器所致 1 2例 ,占 3 1 %。穿刺成功率为 71 1 %。结果 :分析影响因素 ,采取相关对策后 ,又对 1 2 6 0人次小儿静脉穿刺情况进行统计 ,穿刺成功率为 90 % ,技术操作合格率 1 0 0 % ,患儿陪护对护士综合满意度由原来的82 %上升到 95 %。结论 :良好的心理素质及沟通技巧 ,过硬的穿刺技术能有效地提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率 ,减轻患儿痛苦 。
