摘要
分析了无刷直流电机在非换相期间非导通相上发生续流的原因及对电磁转矩脉动的影响,从PWM调制策略角度出发,提出了一种新的PWM调制方式,它能完全消除非导通相的续流现象,从而减小转矩脉动。通过仿真和试验,证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。
The paper analyzes the principle of diode freewheeling of the inactive phase during non-commutation period in Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM).The characteristics of the inactive phase are discussed when conventional PWM (Pulse Wave Modulation) modes are adopted.A new PWM approach is proposed to eliminate the diode freewheeling of the inactive phase and decrease the torque ripples.The simulation and experimental results are provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
