摘要
本文介绍了TGS·PVDF铁电复合材料的制备方法和测量方法,分析了不同体积比的复合材料的介电、热激电流和热释电特性,确定了该种材料作为热释电体的工作温度,并发现它能贮存巨量的电荷面密度,预示着该材料的应用前景。
The composite films of triglycine sulphate (TGS) single crystal powders and ployvlnglldence fluoride (PVDF) have been developed. The results of the dielectric constants, thermally stimulated currents and pyroelectric coefficients of TGS * PVDF composite films have been given. A new kind of pyroelectric measurement method has been introduced by determining the temperature of the compositd films can store large surface charge density which will lead to its new effects and application.
