摘要
用不同种类和浓度的极性有机物水溶液(醇-水溶液、羧酸-水溶液、多官能团有机物-水溶液)以及四种类型(阳离子、阴离子、两性、非离子)表面活性剂水溶液处理聚砜支撑膜改变其表面化学特性,改善硅橡胶汽油溶液在其表面的铺展性能;用两次浸泡减少涂层过程中硅橡胶汽油溶液向支撑膜内的渗透程度,使LTV-PSF复合膜的透量获得较大幅度的提高。同时考察了聚砜支撑膜结构因素的影响。
The surface chemical characteristics of PSF membrancs have been improved by the immersion with different organic compound-water solutions and surfactant-water solutions. The silicone rubber-gasoline solution can easily spread out on thcsc improved PS membrane surface. Thc penetration of silicone rubber-gasoline solution into PSF membrane during coating process has been inhibited by twice immersions technique LTV-PSF composite membranes prepared with improved PSF support membranes mentioned above have high J_O_2 values. The effect of structural factors of PSF support membrane on LTV-PSF separation performances has also been investigated.
