摘要
针对平面运动从动件等径凸轮机构,确定了机构安装情况与凸轮运动角的关系,给出了机构结构参量的计算方法,根据预期的推程运动规律建立了凸轮轮廓的设计公式,并在此基础上,导出了机构回程运动规律的解析算式。
In view of constant-diameter cam mechanism with planar motion roller-follower,the relation between the assembly condition of mechanism and cam motion angles is determined and method of calculating configuration dimensions of mechanism is given too. Design formulae of cam profile is developed according to the prescribed rise motion. Moreover,analytical expressions of return motion of mechanism are derived from the determined cam profile.
