摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了不同氮素形态对烤烟根系生长发育的影响,结果表明:NO-3-N和NH+4-N等量配施可促进烤烟根系前期的生长发育;20%腐熟饼肥中的氮+40%硝态氮+40%铵态氮处理对根系后期的生长发育有促进作用,表现为根系活力提高,呼吸强度降低,根系中干物质的量增大,根系下扎情况良好,烟碱、可溶性总糖和淀粉含量较高,根系生长健壮。
The effect of nitrogen source on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco root system was studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the growth and development of root system could be promoted by (equal) application of NO^-_3-N and NH^+_4-N at early stage, and the same effect could be obtained with 20% nitrogen of cake fertilizer+40% NO^-_3-N+40% NH^+_4-N at later stage, which led to the enhancement of root activity, the decrease of breath intensity, the increase of root dry matter weight, better downward stretching of root in soil, higher contents of nicotine, soluble total sugar and starch, and vigorous root system.
