摘要
从水环境的内涵与特征出发 ,在定性分析水利水电工程存在广义和狭义两种不同范畴上的正、负水环境效益基础上 ,提出了一种基于子效益分解统计的定量化计算方法 ,并以广东省剑潭水利水电工程为背景 ,给出了相应的计算实例 。
In this paper, the authors give a qualitative analysis of the positive and negative influences of the water conservation projects on the climatic environment in a quantitative approach based on the linear statistics by taking Jiantan Water Conservation Project as a case study. As is known, it still remains a problem both at home and abroad as to the influence of the water conservation projects on the human living environment, which may be of the primary importance for the future eco-environment research. Jiantan Water Conservation Project in Guangdong, a multi-objective utilization project, whose primary goal is to improve the quality of the regional water supply and the other eco-environmental considerations, such as power generation, river water transportation, water supply, farm irrigation, aquatic products-growing, etc. The project plays an important role in the region's social and economic development while having an essential influence upon and the benefit to the city sight-seeing and keeping a nice natural ecosystem and proper regional environment. It has thus become of essential urgency to make a more systematic statistic analysis to evaluate the influence of the project on the eco-environment and evaluate its benefits and advantages quantitatively and qualitatively. The case of Jiantan Water Conservation, which draws some reasonable results and proves highly effective, is also processed.
