摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对异向旋转齿型元件进行了三维等温非牛顿流场分析 ,给出了速度场、压力场、以及螺杆特性曲线的分布 ,讨论了齿型元件齿数对流量和回流量的影响。计算结果表明 :齿型元件具有较强的分流能力和分布性混合能力 。
The three-dimensional isothermal non-Newtonian flow field of counter rotating dentiform element was analyzed by the software of ANSYS.The rule of velocity field,pressure field and characteristic curve was given.The effects of number of tine on the quantity of reflux and flow rate were discussed.The numerical results showed that dentiform element had strong diffluent and distributivity-mixed ability,but its dispersity mixing ability was weak.
