摘要 对铁路车辆滚动轴承使用的渗碳轴承钢G20CrNi2Mo经渗碳和热处理后,进行了低温离子渗硫处理。试样磨损对比试验表明,由于硫的自润滑作用,渗硫试样表面比未渗硫试样摩擦因数降低了27%~37%;磨损量减少了85%;抗烧附负荷随摩擦速度不同提高20%~90%;在等负荷条件下摩擦升温降低12℃左右。 After carbonization and heat treatment for the carbonized bearing steel G20CrNi2Mo applied for the rolling bearings on railway cars, the processing of low temperature ion sulphurization is made. The wear and comparison test on samples shows that, on account of the self-lubrication of sulphur, the friction factor of the sulphurized sample surface has been reduced by 27%~37% comparing with the unsulphurized sample; the wearing has been reduced by 85%; the anti-burning and adhering load has been improved by 20%~90% with different speeds; Under the same loading conditions, the temperature rise due to the friction under the same loading conditions is about 12 ℃ lower.
