重庆地区儿童全血中5种微量元素正常值的确立 被引量:21

摘要 目的 建立重庆地区儿童全血中 5种微量元素含量的正常值范围数据库 ,并分析其与年龄、性别的相关性。方法 采用原子吸收光谱法对 92 8名重庆地区健康儿童 (女 375名 ,男 5 5 3名 ) ,按照年龄分为 3组 ,并分别测定其指血中Cu、Zn、Ca、Pb、Fe的浓度值。然后用统计检验方法对数据进行分析、处理 ,以研究其随年龄、性别的变化而变化规律。结果 各项指标皆与国外报道的结果相近似。检测的 5项指标中 ,只有铁存在显著的性别间差异 (男性高于女性 )。而铅和钙则呈年龄相关性。血铅值随着年龄的增加而升高 ,呈正相关 ;血钙值随着年龄的增长而降低 ,呈负相关。血铜、铁、锌含量不存在显著年龄相关性。结论 原子吸收光谱法检测的指标都具有线性范围宽、相对标准差低的特点 ,能被用作重庆地区儿童全血中 5种微量元素正常参考值范围。 Objective To establish the database of normal value of trace elements in whole blood of children in Chongqing.And to analyze the relevance to ages or sex.Methods Category all 928 samples(553 male,375 female)into 3 groups according to the age.Then atom absorption spectrum(AAS)was applied to detect the concentration of Cu,Zn,Ca,Pb,Fe of the samples.Then analyze the data to revel the rule of concentration alternation according to the varies of age and sex.Results All individuals′ results are closed to those results reported before.Among these five elements,only blood Fe concentration has significant difference between male and female.Pb and Ca are highly relevant to age.The Pb concentration increased while Ca decreased together with the increment of age.Cu,Fe and Zn have no obvious relevance to age.Conclusion All the results detected by AAS are characterized by wide linage,low SD,and can be applied to be the normal value of trace elements concentration in blood of children.
