摘要
阐述了气动在线检测系统的原理及实验装置。高度集成的数据采集卡PCI-1710HG与数据采集及处理软件相结合,使得系统对传感器转换的电压信号进行高速且精密的数据采集及处理。电压的变化反映了系统压差Δp的变化,根据Δp与s一一对应的关系,即可实现在线的气动检测。
The principle of the on-line pneumatic measurement system and the experiment equipment are set forth. High-degree-integrated DAS card PCI-1710HG links with data acquisition and data processing software, which makes the system to execute the high-speed and precise data acquisition and processing of voltage signal. The variation of voltage can reflect the variation of the system's differential pressure Δp, and according to the relation of Δp and s, on-line pneumatic measurement become ture.
