摘要
介绍了一种利用半导体激光器 In Ga As/ I作光源 ,使用钽酸锂热释电探测器作光接收器件 ,以 80 31单片机为核心实现的中、高温度实时测量系统。该系统主要由光学发射与接收系统、信号放大与处理系统及显示系统三部分组成。还介绍了该系统的基本原理与结构 ,讨论了调制盘的设计与光干扰及其抑制的方法 ,并分析了温度的测量精度。实验结果表明 ,在要求的测温范围 4 0 0~ 12 0 0℃内 ,测温精度符合设计要求 ,且与理论分析结果相一致 。
It presents a new kind of the temperature real-time measurement system using laser diode InGaAs/I as a light source,using pyroelectric detector LiTaO 3 as optical receiving unit and 8031 chip microprocessor as signal processing center.This instrument consists of three parts:optical emitting and receiving system,signal amplifying and controlling system,and display system.The principle and structure of the instrument are introduced.Design of the chopper,light disturbing and its suppression are discussed.Temperature measurement accuracy is analyzed.Experimental results also show that the measurement accuracy is suitable for our requirements in the range of 400~1200℃ and coincides with theory.These prove that the design is suitable.
