大豆胚轴与大豆异黄酮协同调节血脂作用的研究

摘要 对大豆胚轴与大豆异黄酮复合片剂中活性成分的协同调节血脂作用进行了研究。结果表明,该复合片剂能显著降低血浆总胆固醇水平。在30d实验期间,虽然治疗组的甘油三酯下降不明显,但长期摄入该复合片剂仍具有一定的降低甘油三酯水平的保健作用。 The authors have made an experiment to investigate the effect of Gurusoybean hypocotyl and isoflavone complex tablets on modulating blood lipid profiles. The result shows that the plasm total cholesterol was significantly lowered in the isoflavone treatment group (ITG) relative to the control group (CG), indicating that the supplementation of isoflavones can effectively reduce the plasma total cholesterol. Although no significant difference between the ITG and CG was occurred during the 30 days treatment, a tendency to decrease in the plasma triglycerides is anticipated for the chronic consumption of isoflavones.
