血管紧张素-(1-7)对二肾一夹高血压大鼠肾纤维化和功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察血管紧张素 ( 1 7) [angiotensin ( 1 7) ,Ang ( 1 7) ]对二肾一夹 (two kidney ,onecliphypertension ,2K1C)高血压大鼠肾脏结构和功能的影响。方法 采用微渗泵植入技术 ,复制Ang ( 1 7)对高血压大鼠干预模型 ,光镜下观察肾脏病理变化 ;考马斯亮蓝法测定尿蛋白 ,全自动生化分析仪测定血肌酐、尿素氮。结果 Ang ( 1 7)干预 2 8d后 ,2K1C高血压大鼠肾纤维化明显减轻 (光镜 ) ,尿蛋白 (g L)显著减少 ( 0 2 63± 0 172vs 0 5 79± 0 15 8,P <0 0 1) ,对血肌酐( 5 2 9± 19 8vs 5 3 5 79± 2 4 3 ,P >0 0 5 )、尿素氮 ( 4 4± 2 6vs 4 2± 1 8,P >0 0 5 )无显著影响。结论 Ang ( 1 7)对 2K1C高血压大鼠肾纤维化具有一定保护作用 。 Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin (1 7) [Ang (1 7)] on renal fibrosis and urine protein in rats with two kidney, one clip hypertension (2K1C) Methods The hypertensive rat model of Ang (1 7) intervention was establish using the technique of micro osmotic pump The changes of renal fibrosis were observed by light microscopy and urine protein was detected by Coomassie brilliant blue staining The serum creatinine (Scr) and the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer Results At 28 d after Ang (1 7) intervention, the hypertension induced renal fibrosis and urine protein [(0 263±0 172) vs (0 579±0 158), P <0 01] were significantly reduced, but no change was found in Scr [(52 9±19 8) vs (53 579±24 3), P >0 05] and BUN [(4 4±2 6) vs (4 2±1 8), P >0 05] Conclusion Ang (1 7) can exert certain protective effect on renal fibrosis in 2K1C hypertensive rats, and can attenuate proteinuria
