摘要
从1983年1月至1992年1月,我院骨科对60例肱骨干骨折行内固定治疗,术后出现并发症18例,并发症发生率为30％。其中感染2例,骨折延迟愈合4例、骨不连接5例,神经麻痹8例。18例并发症中有6例(33％)需再次手术治疗。作者还对并发症及其发生原因、内固定治疗体会作了讨论。
60 cases of humeral shaft fractures were treated by internal fixation from January 1983 to January 1992. Complications were developed in 18 cases (30% ) after operation. Among them deep infection occurred in 2 cases .delayed union, in 4 cases .non- union ,in 5 cases and nerve palsy, in 8 cases. 6 cases (33%) required at least one additional surgical treatment. Complications .possible causes and experiences of treatment were discussed in this paper.
