摘要
目的 :探讨丹参产地加工饮片的方法并考察其质量。方法 :丹参酮ⅡA 作为丹参的指标成分 ,考察丹参在晒干、烘干和风干情况下的含量变化。结果 :较好的方法是首先先晒干减少 2 0 %~ 30 %水份 ,然后风干减少 4 0 %~ 5 0 %水份最后烘干至含水量 8%。结论 :本加工法能保证质量、节省工时、提高饮片疗效。
AIM: To probe into the post-harvest processing of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae in Sandong and inspect its quality. METHODS: Samples of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were adopted with sanshinone Ⅱ A as the marker and analysed in the case of drying in the sun, drying over the fire and open-air drying. RESULTS: It was the better method that sample first dried in the sun to loss 20%~30% of water content, then open-air drying reduced rest of 40%~45% of water content and finally dried over the fire to decrease down to 8% of water content. CONCLUSION: The processing method can assure the quality, save labour cost and improve the curative effect.
