摘要
目的探讨HMSH2与星形细胞瘤发生、发展及恶性程度的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术检测50例星形细胞瘤组织和10例正常脑组织标本中HMSH2蛋白的表达情况。结果正常脑组织、低级别星形细胞瘤、高级别星形细胞瘤中HMSH2蛋白缺失率分别为0、33.3%、65.2%。结论HMSH2蛋白缺失率与星形细胞瘤的病理分级和恶性程度有密切相关,可能在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between deletion rate of HMSH2 protein and the development progress and malignancy in astrocytomas. Methods Expressions of anti-oncogene HMSH2 protein in 50 human astrocytoma and 10 normal brain tissue specimens were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The deletion rate of HMSH2 protein in normal brain tissues, low-grade and high-grade astrocytomas were 0, 33.3% and 65.2% respectively. Conclusion The deletion rate of HMSH2 protein is obviously related to the pathological grading and malignancy of astrocytomas. The data suggest that the HMSH2 gene plays an important role in the development and progression of astrocytomas.
