肺瞬时血流的MRI测量

摘要 目的 :采用相位对比法磁共振成像 (MRI)测量肺动脉血流量 ,探讨并评价两肺的血流灌注情况 .方法 :在PhilipsGyroscanNT 1 .5TMR扫描仪上 ,采用相位对比法MRI测量了 2 0例正常健康志愿者的主肺动脉 (MPA)和左、右肺动脉(LPA ,RPA)一个心动周期不同时相的瞬时流量 ,然后计算各血管一个心动周期的血流量 .结果 :MPA ,RPA和LPA一个心动周期的血流量分别为 (73± 7)mL ,(39± 4 )mL和 (34±3)mL ,其中 ,右肺动脉的血流量大于左肺动脉血流量 ,经t检验 ,两者之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其中 ,右肺动脉的血流量占 5 3.6 % ,左肺动脉的血流量占 4 6 .4 % .结论 :相位对比法MRI能够准确测量肺动脉的血流量 ,依此可以评价两肺的血流灌注情况 。 AIM: To measure the flow volume of pulmonary arteries by using phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and to investigate the values of phase contrast MRI in assessing pulmonary perfusion. METHODS: Phase contrast MRI was performed in 20 healthy volunteers by Philips Gyroscan NT 1.5T MR scanner. The flow rates of main pulmonary artery (MPA), right pulmonary artery (RPA) and left pulmonary artery (LPA) of different cardiac phases in one cardiac cycle were measured and the flow volumes were calculated. RESULTS: The flow volumes of MPA, RPA and LPA were (73.5±6.6) mL, (38.9±4.5) mL and (33.7±3.2) mL, respectively. There was difference between the flow volume in RPA and LPA ( P <0.01). The percentages of the flow volumes of RPA and LPA were 53.6% and 46.4%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The flow volume of pulmonary artery is accurately measured by using phase contrast MRI and thus the pulmonary perfusion can be evaluated, which will play important roles in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
