西瓜的自毒作用研究Ⅰ 西瓜根、茎、叶的水和酒精浸提液对其种子发芽的影响 被引量:19

摘要 用无菌水和 5 0 %酒精作浸提剂 ,于 30℃浸泡西瓜植株根、茎、叶残体 36h ,离心 ,所得植株残体水和酒精浸提液进行种子发芽试验。结果表明 :西瓜残体的水和酒精浸提液对西瓜种子发芽均有不同程度的抑制作用 ,抑制作用大小为 :酒精浸提液大于水浸提液 ;叶片浸提液大于根、茎浸提液 ,随着残体 (根、茎、叶 )用量增加 ,抑制程度增强。几种浓度相比 ,以 1∶2 0的水和酒精浸提液的抑制作用最强。 Abstract Root, stem and leaf of watermelon in sterilized water and 50% alcoholic respectively had been soaked for 36 hours at 30℃,and centrifugated to get the water and alcoholic extracts for seed germination experiment. The results were as follows: water and alcoholic extracts from root, stem and leaf of watermelon both had some inhibiting effects on seed's germination, and the effects of alcoholic extract was stronger than that of water. The effect of leaf was the strongest, followed by stem and root. At high concentration of water and alcoholics, seed germination was significantly inhibited. And the inhibitory of concentration of 1∶20 was stronger than other concentrations.
