摘要
针对在高技术虚拟企业中如何构建知识供应链问题,根据知识供应链理论和高技术虚拟企业的特点,提出了高技术虚拟企业知识供应链的结构模式,并根据该结构模式给出了建立高技术虚拟企业知识供应链的步骤,该结构模式有助于我国高技术企业运用现代组织理论构建虚拟企业、加强知识管理、增强企业竞争力和快速反应能力。
In order to solve the problem of setting up knowledge supply chain of high-tech virtual enterprise, the paper put forward the structural model of the knowledge supply chain of high-tech virtual enterprise in terms of knowledge supply chain theory and trait of high-tech virtual enterprise. Then according to the structural model, the paper designs the step of establishing the knowledge supply chain in the high-tech virtual enterprise. It contributes to establishing virtual enterprise, strengthening knowledge management and enhancing the ability of competition and reaction rapidly for high-tech enterprise.
