摘要
研究用ICP -AES光谱仪测定稀土镁合金中钙、镁、锰、钛的方法 ,建立了最佳的工作条件 ,测出元素的检出限及测定下限 ,并进行干扰试验、准确度试验、回收率试验。选取 2个稀土镁中间合金标样 ,对标样溶液重复测定 10次 。
To research the method determining the Ca,Mg,Mn,Ti in rare earths magnesium by ICP AES spectrometer. The optimum working conditions are founded. The detection limit and low limit of determination are determined.The interference experiment,precision experiment,recovery experiment are carried out. To select two sample of medium rare earths magnesium and determine the solution of the standard sample ten times,the results are accordance with the standard value.
