摘要
介绍计算机电话集成技术基本概念,并把移动通信网的短消息技术归入计算机电话集成技术范畴。分传统计算机电话集成技术、基于移动网的短消息系统和基于双音多频编码的专用系统3部分介绍3种计算机电话集成技术在电力系统中的应用。对计算机电话集成技术发展前景进行预测,认为四网合一(语音、数据、视频、电力)是电力系统通信技术研究的重点目标。
The definition of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is given, and GSM/SMS technology is put in CTI's category. Three CTIfields are described, which include classic CTI technology, short message system based on global mobile network and special system basedon DTMF communication. Each part is discussed from principles and its applications in electric power. Four networks on one common plat-form--electric power line, which includes voice, data, video and power will become important research object and will replace many devicesand technologies including CTI.
