独立学院必须明确自己的定位 ,确立好自己的人才培养目标和质量标准 ,在人才培养上应该有所为有所不为 ,才能构建起自己独特的人才培养模式。
In order for itself to develop well, it is essential for the independent college to define its objective and criteria of quality of personnel training and, consequently, set up its own model of personnel training.
