摘要
孕镶金刚石工具中 ,胎体对金刚石的包镶力来自金刚石与胎体间的冶金反应造成的冶金包镶力以及金刚石与胎体间的机械包镶力。本文研究了机械包镶力产生的原因和计算方法 ,计算了常用胎体所产生的机械包镶力的大小为3 80~ 5 60MPa。通过测定胎体的弹性模量表明 ,提高胎体弹性模量 42 %,不考虑胎体的相变 ,即可增大机械包镶力 47%。
The retention of metal bond applied to impregnated diamond comes from two acts,namely the metallurgical retention produced by metallurgical reaction and the mechanical retention between metal bond and impregnated diamond. In this paper,the cause and calculation of mechanical retention are studied. The value of mechanical retention originated from ordinary metal bond is also calculated as 380~560MPa. By measuring the Young's modulus of metal bond, the data indicate that the mechanical retention is increased up to 47% with the increased 42% of Young's modulus of metal bond regardless of phase transformation of metal bond.
