摘要
本文分析了近几年来光学玻璃冷加工用金刚石制品的最新发展和应用。着重根据光学玻璃冷加工的工艺 ,对金刚石制品的种类及合理选择 ;各类金刚石制品的最新制造技术 ;金刚石制品在使用过程中易出现的问题 ;以及对未来该领域金刚石制品的发展动态等方面进行了阐述。同时结合作者多年来对金刚石制品的研究经验 ,对光学玻璃冷加工用金刚石制品存在的部分问题提出了相应的对策。
In this paper,the latest development of diamond tools in optical glass processing and problems in optical glass processing were analysed. The technology of optical glass processing,the types of diamond tools,the latest manufacturing technique of diamond tools,and development tendency of diamond tools about optical glass processing in future were expounded. Simultanously,the remedy to the problems in optical glass processing were advanced.
