摘要
本文通过中外公务员制度的比较分析 ,认为要确保我国公务员选拔任用机制精确运行 ,必须建立四大保障 ,即程序保障、法律保障、意识保障、监督保障。
By comparing and analyzing the Chinese-foreign public servants system, in order to ensure Chinses public servants' selecting and appointing mechanism operates accurately, we should establish four kinds of safeguards: puocedure safeguard, law safeguard, consciousness safeguard and supervision safeguard.
