摘要 骨形成蛋白(bonemorphogeneticproteins熏BMPs)是一组多功能的分泌性蛋白质,最主要的作用是在体内诱导异位和原位新骨、软骨及与骨组织有关的结缔组织如肌腱及韧带的形成,故可用于骨修复的局部基因治疗。本文简要介绍了目前BMP局部基因治疗在骨修复中的应用情况,包括所用的方法、载体、载体细胞及在动物模型中的疗效。另外,还简述了两个新发现的与BMP用于骨修复有关的转录因子:Cbfal和Osterix。 BMPs(bone morphogenetic proteins) are a group of secreted proteins that have many functions. Their main functions are to induce the formation of ectotopic and orthotopic new bone,cartilage,tendon and ligament in vivo. Therefore,BMPs can be used in regional gene therapy for bone repair. This mini review introduced the present researches of regional gene therapy with BMPs for bone repair,regarding the different delivery approaches,vectors,vehicle cells and the curative effects in some animal models. Moreover,two novelly identified transcription factors: Cbfal and Osterix,which are related with BMPs for bone repair,were briefly described.
