摘要 在全球市场竞争日益残酷激烈和国内经济环境复杂多变的环境下,如何有效进行技术创新获得竞争优势,成为企业关心的核心问题。文化作为维持竞争优势的一个源泉,对技术创新方式有着重要的影响作用。本文在借鉴前人的研究基础上,主要研究官僚型文化、支撑型文化、创新型文化对于技术创新的两个不同方式:渐进创新、突变创新的不同影响。本文的分析加强了我们对于技术创新方式的理解,为企业进行技术创新提供了理论指导。 Under the background of the hotly global competition and domestic economic change, how can control technology innovation obtain competitive advantage has becomes corporation concern important question. As for corporate culture may be a source of sustainable competitive advantage, it is important for technology innovation. Based on the former research, we study bureaucratic culture, supportive culture and innovative culture the effects of two different types of technology innovation:incremental innovation、radical innovation. The propositions brought forward in the paper help us better understand technology innovation, and give some guidance for the technology innovation.
