摘要
针对复合三次采油采出水的特点 ,配制了模拟水样 .以混合金属氢氧化物正电溶胶 (MMH)处理模拟水样 ,对实验条件和主要影响因素进行了研究 .在此基础上 ,实验了MMH对实际复合三次采油采出水的处理效果 ,并对其处理机理进行了探讨 .结果表明 :MMH可有效处理该类废水 ,其处理效果明显优于常用处理剂 .水中含油量、HPAM含量、悬浮物、pH值及水温等水质因素对投药量和处理效果有不同程度的影响 .其中投药量与HPAM含量、含油量基本呈正比例关系 ;最佳pH值为 6~ 10 .5 ,处理水温 15~ 4 0℃最为适宜 .
A experimental samples,in accordance with the characteristic quality of the TOR (Tertiary Oil-Recovery) wastewater,were synthesized. The tests to treat the synthesized samples and the TOR wastewater really from oilfield using mixed metal hydroxide positive sol (MMH) were made. The condition of the experiment and the effect factors were studied and the disposal mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the MMH has advantage over the present agents in treatment of the TOR wastewater. The dose of MMH and treatment to TOR water were influenced by many factors,such as concentration of oil,HPAM,SS,pH value and temperature. The range optimum pH value and temperature of water were 6~10.5 and 15~40?℃.
