摘要
采用mRNA差异技术分离白刺盐碱胁迫相关基因片段,得到27个与白刺盐碱胁迫相关的基因片段,并且对它们的同源性进行了研究与分析。结果表明:有6个片段(A1013b,G388,G1013c,G1013c,C391a,C391a)分别与多种植物盐相关基因存在一定的同源性。基因片段C391a与多种植物如香树、烟草等叶绿体光系统亚基A(PsaA)有较高的同源性(86%~94%)。
Nitraria L is an ideal material for salt-base stressed gene research. The pattern of different gene expressions in the salt-base stressed gene expression in N.sibirica pall was analyzed by means of DDRT-PCR. The homology of 27 obtained fragments from salt-base stressed N.sibirica pall root was compared with the known sequences in GenBank. The results indicated that 6 fragments(A1013b, G388, G1013c, G1013c, C391a and C391a)show high homology with other plants. The fragment C391a shows high (86%~94%)homology with PsaA gene in other plants such as tobacco.
