硒对氟致大鼠脂质过氧化拮抗作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 研究氟与脂质过氧化的关系 ,硒对氟引起的脂质过氧化的影响。方法 将 40只SD大鼠随机分为 4组 ,按对照、氟、硒、硒氟不同饮水饲养 8周 ,观察硒对氟引起大鼠血清、肝、肾、心、睾丸脂质过氧化的影响。结果 与对照组相比 ,加氟组全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)显著下降 ,血清、肝、肾、心、睾丸的脂质过氧化 (LPO )含量水平明显升高 ;加硒组增强机体抗氧化功能 ,提高全血GSH -Px活性 ,降低机体LPO含量。 ObjectiveTo study the relation between fluorine and lipi d peroxide,and the effects of selenium of fluoride-induced lipid peroxide.Methods40 rats were divided into four groups(control,flu orine,selenium,Se-fluorine by drinking)in random and fed for eight weeks.To obse rve the effects of selenium of fluoride-induced lipid peroxide in blood serum,li ver,kidney,heart,testis in rats.ResultsThe glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in whole blood of the fluorine group was significant decrease,and the obvious increase of lipi d peroxide(LPO) levels in blood serum,liver,kidney,heart,testis can be observed. Adding the selnium in drinking can increase the power of anti-oxidation,as well as increase the activities of GSH-Px and decrease the levels of LPO.ConclusionSelenium can antagon fluoride-induced lipid p eroxide.
