摘要
本文对LT102型剑杆织机的引纬系统进行了理论分析。通过分析,得出了传剑机构的位移、速度、加速度变化规律;确定了各种名义筘幅下的最高转速,并得出了传剑机构的最大加速度为500米/秒~2这一特性值,为制造厂选材、热处理提供了理论根据。
A theoretical analysis is conducted on the wefting system on LT102 rapier
looms. Therefore, it obtains the regulatinos of the displacement, speed and accelarat-
ion of the rapier deliver system and a max. rotation speed under various nominal
reed widths, meanwhile, it finds out that the max. accelaration of the deliver sys-
tem is 500m/sec2., which could be served as a theoretical reference for the manufac-
tures.
