摘要
本文回顾了福建农民对包产到户独立的探索历程,强调在新时期农村现代化建设中,要以史为鉴,尊重农民群众的首创精神,保护农民的切身利益,调动农民的积极性,不断探索农村公有制的有效实现形式,促进城乡经济社会协调发展。
The writer looks back on the independent exploration process of household responsibility system by Fujian peasants and stresses that in the process of modern drive of rural area in the new era,we should mirror the history,respect rural people's initiative spirit,safeguard their fundamental interests,mobilize their enthusiasm,unswervingly explore the effective way to realize public ownership in rural area and propel the coordinated economic and social development between urban and rural areas.
