摘要
目的研究鬼针草Bidensbipinnata的地上部分的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离并结合SephadexLH-20和HPLC分离纯化,通过理化鉴定和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从鬼针草的正丁醇部位得到6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-6,7,3′,4′-四羟基噢(海生菊苷)()、6-O-(6″-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-6,7,3′,4′-四羟基噢()、槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、槲皮素3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷()、异奥卡宁-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、七叶苷()、(E)2-己烯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、正己烷基O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、异戊基O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷()、正丁基O-α-D-呋喃果糖苷()、正丁基O-β-D-呋喃果糖苷()、正丁基O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷()。结论以上12个化合物中除海生菊苷和异奥卡宁-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷外,其他10个化合物均为首次从鬼针草中分离得到。
Object To study the chemical constituents of Bidens bipinnata L Methods Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel, ODS column, and Sephadex LH 20, HPLC, identified by physicochemical properties and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis Results From n BuOH extract of B bipinnata, 12 compounds were obtained and identified as: 6 O β D glucopyranosyl 6, 7, 3′, 4′ tetrahydroxyaurone (Ⅰ), 6 O (6″ acetyl β D glucopyranosyl) 6, 7, 3′, 4′ tetrahydroxyaurone (Ⅱ), quercetin 3 O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), quercetin 3 O α L rhamnoside (Ⅳ), iso okanin 7 O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅴ), esculin (Ⅵ), (E) 2 hexenyl O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), n hexyl O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), isopentyl O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅸ), n butyl O α D fructofuranoside (Ⅹ), n butyl O β D fructofuranoside (Ⅺ), n butyl O β D fructopyranoside ( ⅩⅡ ) Conclusion All of these compounds, except Ⅰ and Ⅴ, are obtained from the plant for the first time
