在自动化加工中 ,有时需要识别产品或工件的颜色、形状、中心等综合性状 .在简单分析传统图像处理系统的缺点的基础上 ,设计了一种新的嵌入式图像采样处理系统。该系统包括CMOS图像传感器OV762 0、SRAM帧存储器IS61LV2 5 616、CPLD/FPGA控制器EPF10K10LC84-3及数字信号处理器TMS3 2 0VC5 416.提出了一种RGB空间到HIS空间的方法。
In automatic machining, sometimes we need to recognize the color, shape and center of the products or work-piece. Based on the simple analysis of the shortcomings of traditional vision system,a new embedded image sampling -processing system is designed. This system includes CMOS image sensor OV7620、SRAM frame memory IS61LV25616、CPLD/FPGA controller EPF10K10 and digital signal processor TMS320VC5416. This system can considerably promote the flexibility and reliability of the automatic machining.
