摘要
文章介绍了数控强力切削伺服进给系统的模型的建立 ,并将此模型简化成由两个二阶振荡环节和一个积分环节串联而成的五阶系统。通过对五阶系统的分析表明数控强力切削伺服进给系统的谐振频率取决于机械谐振频率和速度环谐振频率中较低的一个。最后给出的计算机仿真和实验结果验证了上述结论 ,为数控伺服系统的谐振分析提供了一种新的方法。
This paper models servo drive system in CNC heavy cutting, and simplifies it to a fifth-order system that is cascaded of two second-order oscillation systems and one integral system. This system indicates that the resonance frequency of servo drive in CNC heavy cutting is equal to the lower one of mechanism and speed loop resonance frequency. At last, the results of computer simulation and experiment are presented, they not also prove the above conclusion, but also offer a new way to analyze resonance for servo drive.
