摘要
2次重复试验研究了小麦米糠基础日粮添加非淀粉多糖酶制剂对雏鸡生长、免疫功能和肠道微生物区系的影响。每次试验 4 8只 7日龄鸡随机分为 2组 ,即基础日粮组、基础日粮添加 0 .1%酶组。结果表明 ,酶制剂能显著提高雏鸡增重和饲料转化率 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,使雏鸡的免疫器官相对重量增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,T淋巴细胞对 PHA的反应性、NK细胞活力、血清新城疫疫苗抗体效价显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 )。盲肠乳酸杆菌数略有增加 ,大肠杆菌略有下降 ,但差异不显著(P>0 .0 5 )
Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of wheat-rice bran based diet supplemented with non-starch polysaccharides enzyme preparations on growth,immune function and gastrointestinal microflora in chicks.48 seven-day-old chicks were divided into two groups randomly in each experiment,namely,basal diet group,basal diet containing 0.1% enzyme group.The results showed that basal diets supplemented with enzyme significantly increased body weight gains and feed conversion ratio(P<0.05).Relative weight of immune organ,T lymphocytes blastogenic responses to PHA,natural killer cell activity and serum antibody titres to newcastle disease virus increased significantly(P<0.05).While there was no significant change in bacterial counts of Lactobacillus and E.coli. in the ceca of chicks.
