摘要
用商品益生素和自制益生素分别灌服1日龄雏鸡3天,灌服后1、4、7、10、18 d采用组织切片及免疫组织化学方法检测盲肠扁桃体、派伊尔结、哈德尔腺IgA、IgM、IgG生成细胞数量的动态变化,结果发现服用益生素雏鸡其上述三种粘膜组织的IgA、IgM、IgG生成细胞数量主要在4~7 d明显高于对照组雏鸡。表明益生素能够提高雏鸡呼吸道和消化道局部粘膜免疫组织的抗体生成细胞数量,商品益生素提高的更多一些。商品益生素组与自制益生素组的差异,可能与所含菌种和加工工艺有关。
1-day-old chicks were fed with commodity probiotics or home-made probiotics for 3 days, the experimental chicks were taken to collect cecal tonsils, glands of Harder and Peyer' s patch to defect the dynamic changes of IgA-forming cells、IgG-forming cells、IgM-forming cells by application of immunohistochemistry staining after administration probiotics 1、4、7、10、18 days. The results were as follows; the IgA-forming cells、IgG-forming cells、IgM-forming cells in local immune tissues of chicks after administration probiotics 4 ~ 7 days were enhanced compared with those of without probiotics. Results showed that orally fed probiotics enhanced the IgA-forming cells、IgG-forming cells and IgM-forming cells in local immune tissues of chicks and the effect was pronounced in the commodity probiotics treatment. The difference between commodity probiotics group and home-made probiotics group was closely related with becterium and technology of proceeds.
