摘要
资产管理公司对债转股企业的股权运作方面 ,应做几个方面的努力 :一是积极参与债转股企业的管理 ;二是建立科学用人机制 ,争取地方政府的支持 ,发挥中介机构的作用 ;三是建立激励约束机制 ;四是科学分类 ,合理筹划 。
Several work should be done for the equity operation of conversion from liability for assets management companies: to take active part in the management of enterprises of equity conversion from liability; to establish scientific employment mechanism, seeking the support of local government and putting intermediary institutions into full play; to build incentive and restraint mechanism; to make scientific classification, reasonable planning and equity disposal.
