酚酸类物质对嫁接伽师瓜植株生长及保护酶活性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Phenolic Acids on Growth and Activities of Membrance Protective Enzymes of Muskmelon Grafted on Black-seed Pumpkin

摘要 以嫁接在云南黑籽南瓜砧木上的伽师甜瓜为试材,探讨香草酸、香草醛和对-羟基苯甲酸为代表的酚酸类物质对嫁接伽师瓜植株和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,3种酚酸物质对嫁接伽师瓜植株生长和产量没有显著抑制作用,而对自根伽师瓜植株的生长和产量产生明显的抑制作用,并随处理浓度的提高抑制作用明显增强,香草酸比香草醛和对-羟基苯甲酸具有更强的抑制作用;3种酚酸物质对嫁接伽师瓜根系的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响均呈现上升的趋势,并保持较高水平,而对照呈现先升后降的变化趋势,并显著低于处理。高浓度酚酸类物质使自根对照的丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。 Experiment was carried out with Jiashi muskmelon cultivar grafted on Black-seed pumpkin. The phenolic acids used were vanillic acid, vanillin and P-hydroxy benzoic acids for studying the effects of phenolic acids on the growth and activities of protective enzymes of muskmelon. The results showed that the 3 types of phenolic acids inhabited the growth and yield of non-grafted muskmelons. The inhibitory effects were enhanced with increasing concentration of phenolic acids and prolonging time of treatment. Compared with the control, the growth and yield of grafted muskmelons under treatment showed significant difference. For protective enzymes system peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), the result indicated that the grafted muskmelon POD,CAT and SOD activity were increased from the beginning till the end of growth under higher concentration, but the malonic aldehyde (MDA) content was decreased. However, for the control, the activities of POD, CAT, SOD were decreased, but increased in MDA content. It proved that little of activity oxygen were produced and protective enzymes were destroyed by all the treatments of phenolic acids in grafted muskmelon roots.
