摘要
目前,在高校的博士后工作中存在着管理体制僵化、投资渠道不畅、发展动力不足和博士后创新成果少等主要问题。就重庆市和重庆大学博士后工作而言,应加强宏观调控,改进运行机制,推进多元化投入机制,促进产学研结合机制及优化博士后工作环境等。
Many major problems are obstructing the expected development in postdoctoral administration work, such as the rigescence of the administrative system, the jammed investing channel, the lack of developing drive and the exiguity of innovative yields in the postdoctoral programs. This paper gives a brief analysis on these problems and suggests some possible ways out: strengthening the macroscopical control of postdoctoral work, improving the running mechanism of postdoctoral programs, pushing the multichanneled investing systems and optimizing the working environments for postdoctoral researchers and so on.
