摘要
绩效评估是提升政府管理水平的重要手段,由于政府绩效评估的特殊性,使得其发展滞后于企业绩效评估。从提高组织绩效的角度看,企业组织由于直面激烈的市场竞争,发展了一套较为成熟的绩效评估技术。处于探索阶段的政府绩效评估实践可以借鉴、应用企业绩效评估中一些比较成功的技术和方法,以此来提高管理水平、降低管理成本。
Performance assessment is an important tool to improve the level of administration. For the particularity of the government administration, the government performance assessment is lagging behind enterprises practice. From the perspective of the organization's performance, the enterprises are facing the intensive market competition and have developed a set of mature assessment techniques. The government performance assessment is still at the stage of exploration, therefore, the enterprise's experience can be applied to enhance the government administrative level and reduce the costs.
