摘要
在室内 ,用 1 35w·m-2 剂量的UV B和 1 2 9mmol·L-1浓度的Hg2 + 对黑小麦幼苗进行复合处理。结果表明 ,随处理时间的延长 ,叶绿素 (Chl)、类胡萝卜素 (Car)含量和光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ )电子传递活性下降 ,SOD活性下降不明鲜 ;根系TTC还原能力下降 ;而叶片细胞膜相对透性 (El)、丙二醛 (MDA)和H2 O2 含量增加 ;处理 12天后植株高和鲜重下降。MDA和H2 O2 含量指标 ,UV B +Hg2 + 的复合处理大于Hg2 + 的单独处理。
The black wheat seedlings treated with 1.35 w·m -2 dose of UV-B irradiation and 1.29 mmol·L -1concentration of Hg 2+ were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll (Chl) and carotenoids (Car) and rate of PSII electron transport decreased,activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) also decreased but less obvious,while the reduction capacity of TTC in roots decreased.However electrolyte leakage (EL) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and H 2O 2 increased.The plant height and fresh weight decreased 12 days treatment after treater.The effect of combined treatment on the content of MDA and H 2O 2 were larger than treatment with Hg 2+ only.
