摘要 根据生物力学、生理学原理,认为爆发力是机体在克服一定阻力的条件下,在极短的时间内发挥出最大的肌 张力,是一种力量的加速度,用力的时间梯度加以评定更为合理;并对影响爆发力主导因素进行分析,提出爆发力 训练的注意事项,为促进爆发力的训练提供参考依据。 According to the principle of biomechanics and physiology, the authors consider as the explosive force bring into play maximal muscle tension when economy overcome to a certainty cadiction resistance in the ultrashort time. It's a force acceleration. Using tonsure with emphatic time adding to access even more in reason,and lead off analysis to effect factor of explosive force . Hereon this basic, bring forward some pay attention to proceeding follow explosive force training, in order to provide reference gist.
