摘要
以"间接获得尺寸必然会有加工误差的累积"这一基本规律作为分析问题的基础,着重以误差累积与综合说明尺寸链关系的实质,侧重分析"体现误差累积的封闭环的确定,运用于工艺尺寸链中"。区别于以往对工艺尺寸链讲解中采用的分类类比法,克服了分类类比法举大量例子也不能抓住本质、建立明确概念,更无法包括各种特例的缺陷。
Based on the principal regulation of that dimension obtained indirectly must have accumulated errors, this paper, by means of accumulated errors and generality, mainly discusses the essentiality of dimension chain and analyzes the establishment of closed loop that can embody accumulated errors in technological dimension chain. The method is different from the old way used in the explanations of technological dimension chain which was divided into groups. The old method did not hold the essentiality and establish clear concepts, and it also could not include the various defects of special examples.
