摘要
我国民营企业发展迅速,但其中有不少企业的生存寿命相当短。本文从民营企业内部治理结构分析了产生这种现象的原因,在比较市场导向型模式和网络导向型模式各自利弊的基础上,给民营企业治理模式的选择提供了建议。
Private enterprises are developing quickly in China, but many of them did not exist long. The thesis presents the reason for this by analyzing their interior governance structure. Advice on the choice of governance type of the private enterprise is given on the basis of comparing the respective advantage and disadvantage of market-oriented type and network-oriented type.
