摘要
中国 -东盟自由贸易区计划是中国和东盟双方基于自身发展和共同发展的考虑而提出并促进的。这一计划在发展过程中面临着一些困难和制约因素。但是在双方合作的意愿下 ,其发展前景广阔。
The project of Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zone was put forward and promoted by China and ASEAN on the basis of their respective and mutual development.It faces some difficulties and restrictive factors in its development.But it has good prospects on the condition that the two sides cooperate willingly.
